If you’re deep in the “colic” weeks, you’re not doing anything wrong.
Often what gets labelled colic can be body tension + nervous system overload after birth.
A gentle starting point (only when baby is calm): slow bicycle legs + tiny hip circles, with lots of pauses for cuddles and grounding.
