Activities like pet therapy are always a favourite among our residents, bringing comfort, happiness, and a wonderful sense of calm. Many residents spent time cuddling, stroking, and chatting about pets they have owned throughout their lives, sparking lovely memories and meaningful conversations.

Our residents had an amazing time meeting and learning about a variety of fascinating animals during today’s interactive Zoolab session. From gentle reptiles to curious creatures, the visit brought smiles, laughter, and lots of conversation for everyone involved.

This morning, our residents enjoyed a pleasant and well-supported walk to church, providing a meaningful and reflective start to their Sunday.

The gentle stroll allowed everyone to take in the fresh air and peaceful surroundings, while also encouraging conversation and shared moments along the way. It was wonderful to see such positive engagement and enjoyment throughout the journey.

What a paws-itively wonderful day we had when our favourite four-legged visitor, Sam the therapy dog, came to see us! 🐾

From the moment he trotted through the door, Sam was on a mission to spread smiles—and he certainly succeeded. With plenty of tail wags, happy sniffs, and gentle cuddles, he quickly became the most popular guest in the building.

Residents loved giving Sam lots of fuss and attention, sharing stories about their own beloved pets, and enjoying his calm, friendly company. There were giggles, warm conversations, and even a few extra treats.
