Should you cop or drop these supplements?

1.Greens powders
DROP
Overpriced and underdosed. It’s a supplement, not a replacement for real fruits and vegetables.

2.Testosterone boosters
DROP
There are way better (and free) ways to boost testosterone, like getting proper sleep.

3.Creatine
COP
One of the most researched supplements out there. Helps with power, strength, recovery, and even cognitive function. Plus, it’s cheap.

4.Creatine gummies
DROP
Underdosed and overpriced. They’re convenient, but you’re better off just taking regular creatine.

5.This one got lost in the warp and I forgot to film it… it was going to be cop or drop the new Red Corsairs.

Big shoutout to this absolute legend across the pond 🙌

Gage has lost over 16kg with TPF and is a huge part of the community we’ve built here. He’s always getting involved in the support group, sharing both his wins and his struggles, and showing up to our hobby hangouts every Thursday.

Stop blaming one bad day or that pizza for not losing weight.

And definitely stop binning the whole week off because of it.

You’d need roughly 7,000 calories extra to gain 1kg of fat you’re not doing that in one meal… but you might be over the week.

Zoom out. Look at your weekly calories, not one choice.

Painting Calgar and honestly… this might be my best model yet.

I don’t even paint Ultramarines normally.

But that’s the point.

I know this one sounds cheesy as f**k

When you do something different, you pay more attention. You slow down. You raise your standard.

Same in fitness.

Most lads stay stuck because they keep repeating the same habits. Same training. Same weekends. Same excuses.

Your brain wires around what you repeatedly do.

So if you keep acting like someone who “struggles with fitness”… you’ll keep proving yourself right.

But if you start acting like someone who trains consistently, eats with intent and takes pride in how they show up…

Everything shifts.

New chapter.
New standards.
New results.

Sometimes you’ve just got to step outside your usual colours.

Level up.

This might shock a few people but I haven’t prepped a meal in years!

I think a lot of people think to drop body fat you have to eat chicken and rice out of Tupperware boxes. There’s nothing magic about putting your food in a box it’s all about the calorie content and if you’re in a deficit or not.

Yes prepping can make your life so much simpler if you’re on the go save time, money and stress but its not going to be the key to your fat loss

The insight into what you’re consuming is.

There are a few approaches that work for fat loss and it has to fit your lifestyle.
