20 kilos down. The lightest he’s been in over 10 years.

When Tyrone joined, work was taking over, confidence was low, and he was struggling to find balance with a young family.

Fast forward to now — training’s part of his routine, he’s dropping weight while still managing stag dos, family holidays and building Warhammer models.

He even hit a PB weigh-in while away on a work trip.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and working around real life.

If you’re stuck in the same cycle Tyrone was, it’s time to change it.

From Building Armies to Building Confidence—This Client Did It All. 🚀

One of my amazing clients has achieved something incredible—he’s lost over 12 kilos while balancing a demanding job, family life, and his passion for Warhammer and painting. Even more impressive? He did it all training from home.

When he first came to me, he was struggling to find time for his health and fitness. The idea of fitting it into his already packed life felt impossible. Together, we built a realistic and sustainable plan that worked with his lifestyle, not against it.

If you think you’re busy! BUT you want results then read this

Tom came to me with very little experience in the gym and with no direction.

He was freestyling with no success and struggling

Then Throw in the mix:
🧑‍💻Being a Busy Professional
🕺🏻🍻 Enjoying his social life
🛩 Long work trips away
👨‍🍼Father to a newborn

Time was definitely a limiting factor for Tom.

Yet he still lost 12kilos and achieved this incredible transformation 🔥

Not only the physical but also the mental

We mapped out a clear plan, committing to him training in the mornings and putting the hard work in!

A few months down the Tom became a father 😊and those early morning sessions were no longer an option❌

So we created a plan of action, training from home and adapting his approach around being a family man.

When I put forward the idea of doing a Photoshoot Tom wasn’t too sure….

Until he saw the insane results he got 🤪

Then he was confident enough to get in front of the camera 📸

But boy was he glad he committed 💪🏼

He now looks like he should be flexing on the front cover of Mens Health!

Coaching is about finding the solutions to the excuses/challenges you face. And getting the best out of you 📈

No one that I coach hasn’t got a list of challenges or struggles.

I also have a long list of challenges
However if you want to achieve something worthwhile while you will have to face a decision
Either you KEEP making excuses, waiting for a perfect time that will never come!

Or

you take ACTION and turn your excuses into solutions and reap the physical and mental benefits.
