What is the Solar Plexus Reflex?

The solar plexus (celiac plexus) is a major network of nerves located in the upper abdomen, just below the diaphragm. It is often called the “abdominal brain” because it plays a vital role in regulating the autonomic nervous system, digestion, stress response, and emotional balance.
