However tightness of the sock is essential in order to work efficiently & prevent blood clots from forming and developing into Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). Available on NHS prescription, CE marked and available from General practitioners (GP’S) across the UK, the low friction Neo-slip® design creates a smooth foundation with a lubricious effect, on which to slide stockings into place. Available in color-coded sizes, Neo-slip® enhances the comfort of applying stockings for each individual, which reduces the risk of DVT.
