“I‘ve told everyone I know they need to come and see you!”

This lovely client came to see me because she was experiencing urgency after meals, loose stools and stomach aches.

Eating had become unpredictable and stressful.

She restricted her meals to “safe” foods and had lost a lot of weight.

She was relying on imodium to feel confident to go to work.

She was exhausted and anxious.

During our sessions we took the time to really explore what was going on - looking at her lifestyle, her diet, her digestion, her stress and the patterns behind her symptoms.

We worked together over 12 weeks so we could take things slowly and make changes without becoming overwhelmed.

The weekly sessions were a key part of her progress - she said…

“I felt understood and every little thing that was worrying me was taken seriously and not dismissed”

She embraced the recommendations and really enjoyed experimenting with the simple recipes.

Gradually things began to shift

Recently been told your cholesterol is high?
