It's officially ready!!

After 16 years, our Macmillan Information and Support Centre has had a well deserved face-lift.
The space is now a peaceful, calm and non-clinical area, everything that our patients have asked for over the years.
A quiet oasis to gather their thoughts after a painful diagnosis or harsh treatments.
A space to cry or be angry and have someone to listen.
A haven in which to connect with others and share experiences.
The centre is there for all these and more......

Today is National Cancer CNS day!
Breakfast and goody bags (thank you RBKares - Supporting the Community )were waiting for our fantastic, amazing nurses this morning.
Our lead cancer nurses Lorna and Libby talked about this crucial role
