Last night I had the honour of holding space for a couple on a shared healing journey — two hours of deep connection through sound healing, energy alignment, meditation, and sacred mantra.

I feel deeply honoured to have supported Noah in releasing the grief she carried for over 20 years after losing her father.

Grief, when buried, can quietly shape our lives for decades.

A beautiful soul came to me holding 20 years of unprocessed grief for her father. Through the power of sound healing — using pure vibrations and powerful frequencies — we gently released the pain she carried in her body and heart.

I channelled and shared powerful tools to help her reframe grief, not as something to escape, but as something to honour. Today, when she thinks of her father, she feels joy instead of sadness. His memory now brings light, not heaviness.

Grief doesn’t disappear, but when we move through it consciously, it can become a pathway back to love.

Thank you to all the beautiful souls who attended my New Moon Rahanni Celestial Healing and Sound Immersion at my studio. It was a truly special gathering. We shared powerful chanting, a little joyful dancing, and opened our hearts to one another by sharing the challenges we’re each navigating. It was deeply healing for us all to witness and support each other in this way. 💫

The Rahanni Celestial Healing and Sound Immersion was especially powerful — many shared that they saw vibrant colours, received the messages they had been seeking, and experienced profound shifts. I’m also so grateful to have welcomed many new faces into the space — it’s always an honour to share this healing journey with new people.

Full Moon Meditation & Restorative Healing Sound Bath with Tea & sharing at 6.45p.m

The full Moon is the perfect time to have a sound healing gong bath. All vibrations are magnified many fold when combined with the powerful energy from the moon.

Through this potent lunar energy, we can gain insight into our true purpose and learn to better understand our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs.

The moon cycles are sacred and associated with the simple rhythmic cycles of nature, life, and the Universe. The full moon influences human emotions, feelings, and energies giving strength to their magical practices and intentions.

Generally, the full moon can be seen as a time of climax and release and a time to look inward and recalibrate. Combining the powerful energy of the full moon and the vibrations of the Tibetan & crystal singing bowls and the gongs can bring to the surface things that are brewing under the surface come to light, and it deeply healing and can help us to release the things that are no longer serving us... stuck emotions, blocks and stagnant energy.

It is hard to see what lies ahead when we are in the dark. The bright shining moon helps guide our way forward like a lighthouse at sea. It’s encouraging us on our journey towards self-discovery and providing illuminating light that allows hidden aspects to emerge.
The glow of the full moon is a time to reflect and heal. It helps us gain strength and reach our goals successfully. During the full moon phase, emotions are more intense, bringing up feelings about past events and healing old wounds.

A Heartwarming Afternoon of Community and Giving at Cannizaro Park

This past Saturday, our local community came together for a truly special event at Cannizaro Park that I had the privilege of organizing - an afternoon of Yin Yoga with and sound healing. With perfect weather and a lovely turnout of 22 people, it was an afternoon filled with mindfulness, connection, and generosity.

The highlight of the day was the incredible sense of community spirit. As the sound healer leading the session, I was moved by the generosity of the attendees. They were encouraged to make donations, and through their kindness, we were able to raise £105 for Doctors Without Borders. This meaningful contribution will make a real difference for those in need, demonstrating the power of coming together as a community.

Beyond the donations, the event fostered a wonderful atmosphere of relaxation and togetherness. Participants flowed through the restorative Yin yoga with and listened to the soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls I played, allowing them to find inner peace and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and those around them.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event such a success. Your presence, generosity, and commitment to wellness and giving back are truly commendable. I look forward to hosting more community events like this in the future, continuing to nourish and uplift our local area.
