Dear friends and students,

I’m coming to Palma de Mallorca next week to teach on .barsadeh ’s Advanced Teacher Training at . Very generously, they’ve decided to open both of my workshops to the public.

On both days we will explore the connection to our authentic voice and the power of transmission.

On Friday, we’ll explore this through mantra and Kirtan, and on Saturday through the depths of Yoga Nidra.

You’ll come away not only with a deeper connection to your own voice, but also with the foundations for how to lead Kirtan and guide a Yoga Nidra meditation.
