It is my role as your Executive Coach to work in partnership with you so you can unlock your potential and fulfil your goals, your life’s work, your dreams. Our work can focus on career and professional challenges, or can take a more hollistic view of the challenges in your life. It’s your life and your choice. I work flexibly and intuitively with organisations, teams and individuals. I can meet you where you are, and support coaching around any material you wish to explore. The space I offer is safe, non judgemental, open and positive. We identify the goals and outcomes you are looking for together, and then focus on positive momentum as you identify and path and actions to get you where you want to be. I bring an unusual mix of things. With a 25 year successful career, starting in HR, spanning commercial and product roles, start ups and corporates including Apple, Microsoft and the Guardian, and culminating in five years at Meta. In parallel, as a 15 year qualified BACP accredited psychotherapist working with couples and individuals, a trained mediator and now Executive Coach, I have a wide set of experiences and perspectives to tap into. Based in Kingston upon Thames, in Greater London, I work online and in person across London, and can travel for longer term, more involved engagements. Pricing dependent on needs - to be discussed.
