There will be a change of venue for the weekly yoga class that has for the past 6 years been in the Up & Running Studio in Teddington. From next Thursday the class will be at a new location in the Teddington Methodist Church, 1 Stanley Road, Teddington Middlesex TW11 8TP.
Up & Running has been a great host for our classes but they are closing the studio to make way for new brand collaborations. I am looking forward to getting to our new space and hope that you may be able to join us there soon.
