Had a wonderful morning giving soundbaths to lots of lovely people at the Kingston Hospital staff wellbeing day! Practically standing room only for my last session but it sounds like everyone enjoyed having some time away from their work to dedicate to deep relaxation 🙏🏻🥰

The soothing song of the robin 🐦

Blue Monday may not be a real thing but it's easy to wish away the winter months. Our ancestors made the best of every season, and I'm determined to slow down and take a regular minute to appreciate what's special about winter.
When else do we get to see so many beautiful robins as they sit on bare branches? Next time you hear one, close your eyes, take a breath and let their song calm your mind. It's a reminder that even on darker days there is joy and peace to be found 🪶
