Which split is best for you?
A lot of people get confused about training splits and what they should be training and when.
Truth is, the split itself isn’t what gets you in shape. Consistency does. The best split is the one you can actually stick to long term. And in fact they all work.
If you’re a super busy guy, don’t try forcing a 5 to 6 day split. That’s like a Guardsman trying to solo a Chaos Titan… technically possible, but it’s probably not ending well.
Keep it realistic. Train hard, recover properly, and stay consistent.
