A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to deliver a webinar for UK SMEs - and the response has been fantastic.

We had 379 registrations and 153 people join live, which shows just how many businesses are actively looking for insights and support right now.

The feedback from the session meant a lot:

“Amazing! thank you”

It’s always rewarding to know the content resonated and added value. The recording is now being shared with all delegates as well, giving everyone 28 days to revisit the session.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and engaged during the webinar and to Raj Thepar for inviting me to take part. Supporting and working with SMEs is something I’m really passionate about, and I’m looking forward to more opportunities like this in the future.

Following a webinar with Raj Theper, Dept of Business and Trade, I received 2 requests from people who would like to come and work with me at the Kairos Experience Ltd.

I had a conversation with Alex this morning and I was honoured that he reached out to me as we had a great conversation and I hope we will be able to do something together in the future.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work with some great clients and welcome the opportunity to partner and work with any interested parties

Last week I was back with Triangle Care Group and their directors delivering another session on Leadership Elevation - our third course together, supported by online “retain and sustain” sessions between each module to embed the learning.

We’ve focused on strengthening the foundations of leadership and exploring how to achieve both public and private victory - and the growth, reflection, and energy in the room has been incredible to see. The commitment to development is genuinely inspiring.

I’m proud to be part of a journey that’s building stronger leaders from within, and this is just the beginning.

Did Park Run today, despite a dodgy hip, pain behind the knee and calf (Siatica I think). I wanted to run faster, but fear of injury made me think just keeping a steady pace was best thing to do. This reminded of work. How many times have we pushed and pushed for a big result and hurt ourselves, our colleagues, or team in the process, when slow and consistently steady would have seen you all across the line... together.

Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to Jackie Francis, Director of , one of the finest Event Planners and Caterers I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Not only was the food, tasty, exquisitely presented, the attitude and customer service from the staff was exemplary. I'm attending my friends Mother's funeral and the catering has put a smile on EVERYONE'S faces. That doesn't happen by accident. Well done Jackie and her Team.

Last week I had the absolute pleasure of hosting the Annual Sponsors Appreciation Event for the African Caribbean Community Initiative, and what a special afternoon it was.

This organisation and its work in mental health are very close to my heart, so it was a real privilege to stand in the room and feel the power of community, collaboration and genuine connection.

A huge thank you to Jeovers and Angela for bravely sharing their personal journey and the impact ACCI has had on their lives - moments like that remind us why this work matters.

Thank you to Jacqui Penman from Wolverhampton Racecourse for highlighting the strength of partnership, and to Candeece Harvey for bringing such brilliant energy to the room.

I’m always proud to stand alongside the incredible CEO, Alicia Spence (my “big sister”), and it was lovely to spend time with the fantastic Marketing Director, Elisha, too.

Massive thanks to The Mount Hotel for hosting us so beautifully, and Adassa Catering for keeping us well fed!
