1st Park Run in a few weeks, so I just had to jog at a steady pace to get the 5k done. It was lovely to see everyone today, Hazel, Lorna, Peter, Ian, Nico, Angela, Dom and many more. Once again thank you for the encouragement.

Came out to volunteer, ended up in the playground with the Grandchildren and my daughter. What a great start to the day.

Little different yesterday as I volunteered to do the tail-walking. Still a great day, meeting some very lovely fellow Park Runners who I have nothing but great admiration for.

Imagine my huge surprise when I see my Daughter Colette, and my 2 Grandchildren coming towards me on the last lap. It made my heart sing 😊.

Have a great week ahead and I wish all the very best to the England football team in the European Final tonight. Come on England!!
