You’re welcome to just walk in, but we recommend booking an appointment to make sure the hub isn’t busy and you can be seen straight away.

At SiLS, we love to celebrate all occasions with service users no matter what it is. The "burrr months" are here, but that just means any celebrations get a little cozier✨

This month we are celebrating the remarkable milestone- 10 years of Shaz at SiLS👏🏻🎉

For a decade, Shaz has put her heart into the support she provides for service users. She has provided compassionate, life changing support to individuals alongside her role as senior support worker and team leader where she works immensely hard alongside staff.

Shaz is full of guidance and wisdom; she always offers a listen ear throughout her roles at SiLS and she passionately shares her knowledge and expertise through her training that uplifts every new and existing member of the team✨

We thank Shaz for her continuous hard work- Her impact is felt across the team and we are grateful for her leadership! ❤️

Yesterday we celebrated a significant milestone- 10 years of Becca at SiLS!🎉
Becca is our admin manager and it’s been a privilege for all staff to work with her✨

Becca has been apart of the company’s growth over the past decade and has always been so supportive of staff when they need help or advice- Becca is not only great at her job and does lots of work behind the scenes, she’s also very good at sorting out any issues we have with technology in the office (which we all are immensely grateful for!)📱💻

We thank and appreciate Becca for her continuous hard work!❤️

The hunt was on! 🔎

At the start of summer, our lovely service user and amazing support worker Lily went on a hunt to find the Wallace, Gromit and Feathers McGraw sculptures in the City Centre 🌇

They took time to explore the wonderful community and enjoy the amazing artwork and wanted to share the great pictures with everyone else!🖼️

From tasty food at Mendip Pantry to chasing Gromits and reaching for the skies at the Concorde Museum! ✈️

A huge well done to our service user for planning such brilliant days out with their support worker Greg! It seems it was packed with fun, learning, and independence!
We always love to see what brings our service users joy and supporting them to explore their interests🙂
