From ankle ligament reconstruction to walking the Jurassic Coast…

‼️Warning…there is a gammy toe picture at the end!!

Tom came to us just over a year ago, 8 weeks post surgery. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of supporting him through his ongoing rehab, strength work, and regular sports massage to help keep him moving and achieving his goals.

Fast forward to now…Tom and his team have completed an epic 70km walk along the Jurassic Coast! An incredible achievement and a testament to his hard work and determination.
