Outdoor yoga in Kingswood Park Outdoor Yoga in Kingswood Park is a free weekly one hour yoga class at 6.30pm, running every Wednesday throughout the Summer.

😢 Sorry about the head mic fail and mixing up lefts and right. Many of you know I’m full of grief at the moment so bear with me in this transition.

Meet at the main gate area, equipment provided,

- Social Walk
Tuesdays 1-2.30pm, all year
Meet at the main gate area – followed by refreshments
in community garden
- Couch to 5K
Thursdays 6-7pm, 21 May – 16 July
Meet at the main gates at the park. Nine-week coach
led course to get you fit enough to run 5k. Book using

Wednesdays 11.15-11.45am, from 18 March
then 9.30-10.15am, from 3 June
Perinatal exercise class, children welcome, held in the
