- Couch to 5K
Thursdays 6-7pm, 21 May – 16 July
Meet at the main gates at the park. Nine-week coach
led course to get you fit enough to run 5k. Book using

Wednesdays 11.15-11.45am, from 18 March

Perinatal exercise class, children welcome, held in the
