Thank you for joining me in Kingswood Park on Wednesday evening for our twelfth outdoor yoga session together.

There will be eight more sessions so I hope you can join me (Press Pause Yoga and).

Every Wednesday at 6.30pm at the bottom of the park.

Sessions are FREE of charge as part of a National Lottery funded project with Friends of Kingswood Park and South Gloucestershire Council
