Fixing ‘ Plantar Fasciitis’

I had suffered from severe Plantar fasciitis, of the right heel and Achilles tendon pain too for 6-12 months. It was very painful & stopped me living an active life, that I was used to.
Louisa explained to me, that ‘Plantar fasciitis’ is particularly stubborn to heal, generally and with klaser therapy too, especially as we put our full weight on it, after treatment & completely resting for 6-8 weeks is very impractical, for me and most people.
So I went ahead with klaser treatment, well informed and paid for 12 treatments over 3 months. The Achilles tendon pain, disappeared after 3-4 treatments and the ‘Plantar fasciitis’ subsided after 4-6 treatments & nearly disappeared completely, after 12 treatments.. Louisa also advised that I invest in a pair of ‘fit flops’ as I needed to keep walking, resting was difficult with holidays planned too.
We have just returned from a great two weeks holiday, Canada was beautiful & New York very different. I managed the walking really well, can you believe we walked an average of nine miles a day! It doesn't seem to have done my foot any harm, only very slight pain now.
Really really pleased & klaser has been worth every penny.

I love this picture of Offa’s D**e Kington to Hay Bluff. It’s very typical of this area (beautiful, amazing views) Great views when playing golf in Kington too, it’s the highest golf course in England and views up there of seven counties 🙂
