One of the things I here often from from clients is “I should be better at coping than this.”

But our minds aren’t machines we can simply switch off.

If your mind is busy, anxious, or constantly analysing things, it usually means your brain has been trying to protect you for a long time.

The problem is that sometimes it keeps running that protection programme even when it’s no longer needed.

The important thing to know is this:

- These patterns were learned.

- And anything the mind has learned can also be unlearned and reshaped.

That’s where hypnotherapy can be so powerful.

Good sleep can change everything, yet so many people struggle to get it.

Today is World Sleep Day, and a reminder of how important good sleep really is.

When sleep is difficult, it can affect everything: mood, energy, focus, and how we cope with everyday life.

At MindTr!p Hypnotherapy I work with both children (from age 5), teens and adults who struggle to switch off at night. Hypnotherapy helps calm the mind, relax the body, and retrain the brain for healthier sleep patterns.

Sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation for feeling calm, clear, and able to face the day ahead.

A little behind-the-scenes update…

I recently had some new professional headshot photos taken for my website and social media by Caroline Trotter Photography. Caroline made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. The photos are fabulous and I’m really pleased with how they’ve turned out.

It’s important to me that the photos for MindTr!p Hypnotherapy reflect the calm, supportive space I aim to create for every client who comes to see me. Helping people reduce anxiety, build confidence and feel more in control of their lives is work I genuinely love.

I've shared some photos here, and you'll see others popping up in the coming weeks.
