Welcome to SM Holistic Therapies. As a qualified reiki and crystal therapist for almost 10 years, a treatment will include an hour session in which I help to heal the body using one of the oldest natural healing methods, allowing you to absorb more life force energy and help balance the physical, emotional and spiritual body.

This healing process is especially effective for those who have experienced mental and/or physical trauma, and look to heal their body through crystal therapy and (angelic) reiki. These methods are safe to use with conventional medicines.

The strong healing power of crystals are highly successful at treating almost all mental and physical imbalances. They work by emitting vibrations of energy to the receiver. Crystals help to calm a busy mind, relieve pain, and aid in the support of organ function, among many other positive effects.

I am also qualified in Indian head massage and angelic reiki. Indian head massages rebalance the energy flow in the body and ease tension in the muscles and heal migraines.
