This year has been full in the truest sense. It’s been full of caring, of loss, of movement, love, responsibility.
All of it asking for presence, energy, heart.
And still, sound kept circulating. Not something separate — but something that met me where I was, each time. Even when I couldn’t give it as much space as I wanted, it continued to unfold.
Every sound journey arriving alive, breathing, shaped by the moment and the people in the room.
If we slow down enough to listen, we can feel where it meets us.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who trusted me, rested with me, and shared these moments. As the new year opens, there is more space to breathe with the sound — to let it expand! So keep tuned for a year of offerings from my heart.

🌿 Soulful Saturday is back ✨
Join us on Saturday 31st January, 6:30–8:30pm at Stable Yoga, Kintbury for a nourishing evening designed to soothe your whole being.
We’ll begin with yoga-inspired gentle movements, easing the body open and inviting spacious, steady breath. From there, settle deeply into Niki’s wonderful Yoga Nidra, a guided rest that invites the whole system to downshift and unwind.
As you linger in that spacious stillness, we’ll move seamlessly into a soothing sound journey. The extended rest—flowing from Nidra into sound—allows you to drop even further into relaxation, deepening the sense of surrender and inner quiet.
Afterwards, enjoy a warming herbal infusion and a healthy snack
A perfect mid-winter reset — and a few spaces have already been taken, so early booking is recommended.
Reserve your place via Stable Yoga’s website under ‘Courses’.
We’d love to share this space with you. 💛

Beautiful session last night. Thanks to all the wonderful people who joined ✨
If you woul like to find some calm before Christmas me and Carol are running a meditation and sound journey evening on Thursday the 18th near Marlborough.
I’m excited to use my new Himalayan therapy bowl which is specifically made to produce more vibration, I will be using this on or near each person whilst Carol guides us with her beautiful words. We will flow in to a sound journey whilst Carol channels reiki and come around to a festive treat and drink. Dm me if you would like to join us.

Grateful for a free morning to sink into sound. Himalayan bowls~pure bliss and Aura — mirroring the moment right beside me as always.
The movement of water to vibration is a small example of how sound waves travel through the body — because water conducts sound so beautifully.
Sound moves in pressure waves, and as those waves pass through us, they interact with our tissues and nervous system in real time — a physical process unfolding within the space and time we occupy ✨

There is something so magic about a sound journey in the winter months. With the wind blowing and the rain pouring outside.
To be able to snuggle up in blankets and enter a state of deep rest and surrender is pure magic.
Thank you so much for being present and journeying with me.
🌀The second picture is my Nepalese singing bowl gong with Om mani padme hum etched in to it.
A long time ago I sat chanting this at the Dali lamas teaching in Ladakh with thousands of Tibetan pilgrims.
🪘Third picture is of the Bodhram a Celtic drum I was lent by a dear friend who has since passed away, her family wanted me to have it to use for my sound journeys.
Each instrument has meaning and sentiment and I love nothing more than sharing these with you.

I had a spark inside me that first lit up years ago in a Tibetan market in Ladakh.
Amongst the colours, the prayer flags, and the hum of life, I found my first singing bowl — a sound that seemed to carry both stillness and movement at once.
It travelled with me across countries, oceans, and many quiet mornings, becoming a reminder that true sound begins in silence.
In the stillness of nature — in the pause between the wind and birdsong, in the deep calm of the earths belly— I began to feel the resonance that lives beneath everything.
That vibration is about returning to that still centre within, where the body remembers, the heart softens, and everything quiets enough to listen.
Three years ago, I began offering sound journeys here in Wiltshire, guided by that same spark born in the mountains. Since then every journey shared has deepened my gratitude for this practice — and for all of you who have joined me.
Thank you for allowing me to share this space of sound and stillness with you.
Here’s to many more journeys, guided by the hum of the earth and the quiet song within us all. 🌿🎶💫

Last night, Niki and I had the honour of hosting a truly special evening at Stable Yoga — a gentle, grounding invitation into the cosy season.
We came together to nest, settle, and shift inward as autumn held us in its quiet embrace.
Through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, we journeyed into the forest — a space where stillness opened the door to insight and reflection.
From there, the evening flowed into a sound journey, inviting even deeper rest and release.
We were nourished by Niki’s homemade chestnut truffles and healthy chocolate orange segments (which were delicious) and warmed up with Himalayan mountain tea!

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and to Lucy for welcoming us again into her beautiful studio at Stable Yoga.
I left feeling full, grounded, and energised ~reminded of the power of simply slowing down and tuning in. 🧡✨

Join me for my first sound journey in Chrissy’s beautiful yurt in Stockley Village—an hour of deep rest, stillness, and space to journey inward.
The yurt holds a peaceful, grounding energy ~ the perfect setting for this experience.
We’ll gather on 31st October at sunset 4.30pm aligning with Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival marking the end of harvest and the beginning of winter—a powerful time to pause, reflect, and gently release what no longer serves us.
Please bring something comfy to lie on we will provide a yoga Matt but some more padding may be nice, a warm blanket, and a pillow so you can fully relax into the space.
Bookable via my website

I’ve been quiet lately… a pause that comes with saying goodbye. This past week, we have had to part with some special souls — wonderful friends I had the honour of helping in their last years and my heart has felt both heavy and full.

I wore the rose quartz today for my friend as we shared a love for crystals and this was her favourite 🌹

It’s strange how grief and gratitude can live side by side.
As autumn covers the land in golds and browns I’m reminded how change asks us to release.

There’s something beautiful in that rhythm… something that mirrors the way life moves through us, moment by moment.
Life is so precious and fleeting.
Thanks for the patience~ tomorrow I will be posting my upcoming sound journeys 🙏✨🧡
