What a privilege to join SAMH on board the Morgenstar this morning. ICPC Health is working closely with SAMH and joint fundraising possibilities. Good to meet so many people interested in raising awareness of mental health issues in Aberdeen. Not too long until The Nook comes to fruition - a self-referral, safe space for people who need a listening ear.

Continuing to promote She Pedals Scotland women and girls are invited to bring an afternoon picnic and join us at Banchory Woodland Trails on 15th June, 3pm to 5pm for some social off road fun. DTCC female MTB coaches will be on hand for any tips - sign up when you arrive if you would like any coaching all free of charge.
