Lina Moles Yoga Do you want to improve your well being, increase your awareness and pay more attention to yourself? My Hatha yoga classes are maybe just what you need.

I began participating in yoga in 2009 because of so many injuries I had while playing tennis. After 20 years of tennis, I think my body could just not handle any more of the pounding in the tennis courts. I thought yoga was just for helping me to recuperate but then I fell in love with yoga more than I ever imagined. Realising that yoga is helping me to heal and how good I always felt after each practice, I decided to more than just practice for myself. My hope is that everyone will want to practice yoga, as there are so many benefits that come from the yoga practice. Yoga teacher training opened my eyes to an opportunity to help people with the knowledge that I gained.

*It focuses on movement, breathing and how the body is reacting to the exercise. It creates a moving meditation that will promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
