Emma, Chris and baby Harry’s story ❤️

‘Thank you so much for the care we received during my planned caesarean birth. Baby Harry joined us on 24.10.22 and we are so in love with him. Thank you to you all for making us feel so special, comfortable and in such safe hands. We were both anxious about the procedure, but everyone was so kind, professional and caring. I reflect on the day with so much love and awe for everyone who looked after us and listening so carefully to us, making us feel so comfortable. The care we received was top class and Im so grateful for everything; from how precisely the spinal was administered, how carefully Harry was brought into the world, and how beautifully neat my scar is!!

The first photo of Harry being born is my absolute favourite and I love the joy on everyone’s faces! It’s probably the best photo my husband has ever taken!

Willow team - thank you so much for looking after me (and Harry!) so well throughout my pregnancy. I felt so comfortable, so well looked after and you definitely helped put any sort of worry I had aside! Thank you also for your help chasing up GOSH and any other admin bits that seemed to go AWOL!

Again, a huge thank you for all you have done for us. We are so incredibly grateful for everything!’

Inspiring talks from and

“I suffered in silence. Afraid of the stigma that will overwhelm me.” Sandra talks about breaking the stigma around perinatal mental health for Black and Asian mothers. ‘Dignity, autonomy, equality, choice and respectful care is key’

‘How are you Dad?’ Mark shares a range of reasons why fathers can get depressed over the perinatal period, making a strong case for breaking the stigma around perinatal mental health and the support fathers need

Thank you for your talks
