Em-Bodied Fitness Creating space and strength for the mind and the body. A prolapsed disc led me to my first yoga class 20 years ago!

Yoga is a union between the mind, body and breath. I experienced that union and was able to create a calm space in both my body and mind through yoga. My muscles were lengthened, and my health improved substantially. I then discovered Pilates, which added another element, core strength to my body. It was like the cherry on the cake to keep my body strong in a mindful way. We are all unique, and have this vehicle, our fascinating body, that we drive around in everyday with little thought or consequence. To enable me to educate and support others to keep their body tip top, I have combined my knowledge and experience with qualifications in Yoga, Pilates, and Sports Massage. Join us at one of our classes, we also have lots of fun!
