For the new moon in Leo I spent some time this evening journaling. I used journal prompts that made me think about what brings me joy & how I can add more enjoyment to my life (prompts from ).

I’ve began journaling more the past couple of months as it allows me the chance to reflect & process my thoughts & emotions more deeply & is something I recommend everyone doing.

After the prompts I also did a card pull. Cards for rose (the oil of divine love) & ylang ylang (the oil of the inner child) showed up for me. As I own both these beautiful oils I spent some time working with them, by inhaling them separately and together, & applying them over my heart space.

These cards & oils are very heart centred to me so it guides me to think about the love I show myself & to allow my inner child to be present & free.

I intuitively chose rose quartz (the oil of unconditional love) to pair with these oils.

I love using oils & crystals to support myself both emotionally & physically. They bring me so much joy & contentment & I am forever grateful for these precious gifts from the earth 🌿✨💞

I had the most amazing, inspiring & empowering few days in Turin for the DōTerra Europe Convention.

Learning more about these gifts of the earth was magical & spending time with people who love the oils as much as me was a dream.

Working with a company that allows me to connect with like minded people whilst travelling to new places is honestly the best thing I have ever done.

Turin, you were amazing, DōTerra, you have my heart 💞

Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet this week everyone! I’ve not been very well so any free time has gone into resting & recovering.

March was magical but it’s not over yet! Join me throughout April no matter what stage of your oil journey you’re at!

New to oils? My introduction to oils class is back next week! Book early so I can send samples out ahead of the class!

Back by popular demand is the holistic approaches to discomfort class, and this is joining me! Both of us have had such profound experiences with using DōTerra oils to ease our discomfort so this is one not to miss!

And towards the end of the month my sleep & stress mini masterclass is back for anyone who missed it last month!
