Good evening, everyone! 🥰
I’m excited to introduce you to the newest addition to the Teaching Loved Ones To Care Family: a thoughtfully curated journal designed for anyone who is caring for a loved one at the end of their life, whether at home or in a clinical setting. This cathartic journal is here to support you through your journey, helping you reflect on the love and care you’ve given, and allowing you to look back on all that you’ve achieved. It’s our hope that it will offer you both comfort and peace along the way.
This journal was created in response to the heartfelt feedback from so many who have shared their own stories, questions, and reflections. It’s for those who need a space to express their journey and find healing in the process.

💙 Huge thanks to the family of Mike Dixon for their kind donation in his beautiful memory to the Teaching Loved Ones to Care project. This has enabled me to purchase additional resources to support families taking their loved ones home from hospital, whether for short-term care or end-of-life care.
I recently attended the Police Federation Network for Carers, who are now helping to promote Teaching Loved Ones to Care while visiting vulnerable people at home across Hull and the East Riding.
Thank you to Sarah Gladstone for giving me the opportunity to share this important message.
