🏇✨ A Day at the Races at St Johns!

We’ve had such a busy (and wonderful!) day here at St Johns Care Home on Saturday.

🐴 Pepper the pony popped in for a visit, residents loved giving her a cuddle and some well-deserved attention.

🎲 We then took part in our very own races, with Dorothy and Jacque crowned as our joint winners! If only it had been real money… we’d all be off on a cruise!

☕ After all the excitement, everyone enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea.

We also had some very special celebrations:

🎉 Kay was presented with gifts to mark her incredible 20 years at St Johns – well done Kay! 💐

🎂 And of course, a very Happy Birthday to Connie – we hope you had a wonderful day.

What a wonderful day at St Johns House Care Home! 💛

We started the morning with a fun bowling session, followed by some pampering in the afternoon as residents enjoyed nail treatments.

In the evening, we hosted a Chinese Family Night In, where residents and their loved ones shared delicious food and quality time together. 🍜🥢💕

We also celebrated Peggy’s birthday, a very happy birthday to you, Peggy! 🎂🎉

💡 Did you know? St Johns House offers Family Nights In, giving families the chance to enjoy a cosy evening with their loved ones over a tasty meal – always creating precious memories together.
