Thank you for bearing with us with ongoing intermittent surgery phone issues. Openreach are attending tomorrow morning (8/8/25) and we hope to be service as usual as soon as possible.

⭐️ MYGP APP ⭐️

It would appear that the MYGP app has lost even more functionality causing issues for patients.

Can we recommend you remove the app from your phone or tablet and download the NHS app instead which is fast becoming the better supported.

You should be able to register yourself with the NHS app if you can verify your identity. If you have no means of doing this, please contact us.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, MYGP has worked very well over the last few years but it seems like it is no longer supported.

Patient Access still appears to work well for those who use this for on-line access.
