Heading into a new week 💪🏻 and we thought we would reintroduce our team 1 by 1! Lead Clinician Spotlight ✨ Zoe Wilson, BSc, MSc, PGCert, MRCPod MSK Specialist Podiatrist: Zoe is the owner and founder of and has a keen interest in Rearfoot Pathologies, Sports Injuries, Arthritic Conditions and Post Traumatic Conditions of the Foot and Ankle. Zoe completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Salford and went on to complete her Masters in Theory of Podiatric Surgery in Glasgow. Zoe has recently completed her PGCert in Medical Ultrasound and loves all things Biomechanics, Surgery and complex cases! Zoe has recently become a member of the Musculoskeletal Special Advisory group for the Royal College of Podiatry and looks forward to her first conference in this role this November with many subjects for discussion. She enjoys speaking on an international scale at various events and conferences and has developed educational courses on prescription of Ankle Foot Orthoses and Foot Orthoses. Zoe loves collaborating with multiple professions to bring gold standard multidisciplinary care under one roof! In her free time Zoe plays golf for her county and loves exercise and the gym!

Over 100 applicants and one successful new addition to our team! Please can everyone welcome the wonderful Annabel 🤩 We are thrilled to announce that Annabel is our new clinic coordinator, administrator and the friendly face as you enter the clinic for your appointments! With a background in customer service and a keen eye for clinical excellence, we are so excited to have Annabel’s skillset and attitude on board! She will be starting her induction period next week 🙌🏼❤️ Luca Ross .fitness , our current clinic coordinator will be heading off to University to study a Physiotherapy Masters degree (we are all so proud of him) but never fear he will still be working in clinic as our Gait technician so you will still see him in and around 💪🏻 we have some very exciting announcements coming to the ZW journey soon, watch this space…. Zoe was invited by IBSA a leading company pioneering the use of Hyaluronic Acid for joint and tendon pathology’ “An honour and a privilege. An unbelievable week of a spectacular group of professionals, mentors and learning environments. A state of the art experience from start to finish, I have come away with a whole new skill set, broadening expertise in ultrasound and image guided intervention. Thank you so much for inviting me I will forever be grateful for one of the best experiences of my life!!” Roll on to new highs and progression in our practice!

3D DESIGN & PRINTING AT ZW 🦶🏼✅ 🙏🏼

We have been very busy working on in house 3D design and printed Orthoses/ Orthotics/ Insoles for managing conditions for the foot, ankle and associated structures for the past 2 YEARS 🙌🏼 here are some recent examples of prescriptions for our patients…

This new technology allows us to manipulate the foot using software and provide the necessary support, cushioning, stability and fit to the activity, patient and their shoe! We are currently one of 4 clinics doing the full design and in house print in the UK and Ireland!

All devices are made from recycled materials and given the capabilities of 3D printing, we now have a variety of options in regards to stiffness, colour and function. Not only this, but one of the major factors that contribute to patients NOT obtaining multiple pairs of Orthoses, is cost! We have now substantially reduced the cost to patients for multiple pairs by 50% of our original cost.
