M A R C H W A S A R I D E ๐
I am actually not sure how I managed to do everything and still be alive. I am putting it down to better habits, through movement, rituals and practices, time outside and fueling myself. Has anyone read Atomic Habits? If you haven't I would highly recommend!
A lot of hours work, some gorgeous classes and events, the crazy mix of winter and spring weather, lovely flowers, friend hangouts mostly in nature, training when I can, getting my own practice back, glimmers of light and a little live music for the soul.
Some of my fav moments:
โจ๏ธ a spring reset in the wild with starting with a spring inspired flow to cleanse, shift stagnation, feel lighter and more joy followed by sauna and cold immersion with natural sauna, and skincare products, and an elements scent journey for a spa experience like no other - the best morning
๐ sharing the magic of fascia with community and weaving in the pillars of traditional Chinese medicine to support us with the spring transition too - lovely to see everyone rolling with their own experience and being so open to something new
โซ๏ธ Recover sessions each week we use a combination of myofascial release and yoga to ease tension, increase flexibility and mobility, always a joy to see those that are training move in a different way to support themselves and I've been receiving such wonderful feedback too
๐ต an intimate preview of new album in the beautiful setting at Lancaster Town Hall, felt very lucky and what a voice, there is nothing more magical than live music
Doing the things that fill your cup up, imperfect action and doing better not always best each day.
Now roll on some better weather and lighter days ๐
