So grateful for another lovely heartwarming review from the parent of this young person. They came to me struggling with their worries and overthinking.

With it being the end of Children's Mental Health Week 2024; 'My Voice Matters', a young person I have supported shared their voice on their therapy journey.

I am forever grateful for the feedback I get from my clients and knowing the difference working together has made to their lives. This 13 year old young person has now adapted their coping strategies, learnt how to manage their emotional and behaviour responses, and most importantly, they have started to see and love who they are and are enjoying life again.

A little about the therapist behind Charly Baldwin Therapy!

I'm Charly, a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.

I have experience of supporting individuals with mental health for over 10 years, ranging from working with adults in secure mental health forensic units to school based mental health support teams. I've worked with children from the age 6 plus and am a strong believer in early intervention.

I have a special interest in working with OCD and trauma. My interest in trauma led me to become trained in EMDR.

As a therapist, it wouldn't be right to encourage others to look after themselves without doing it myself. So, I've shared a few fun facts about me 😊
