🍛 Pumpkin & Chickpea Curry

Warm, creamy, and packed with plant power 🌶️

✨ Balances hormones + supports digestion.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cups pumpkin, cubed
• 1 tin chickpeas
• 1 tin coconut milk
• 1 tbsp curry paste

How to make:
Sauté onion, add curry paste, pumpkin, and chickpeas. Stir in coconut milk and simmer 20 mins.

Imagine finally drifting off to sleep—only to wake drenched in sweat, needing to change clothes or sheets. That’s the reality of night sweats, one of menopause’s most disruptive symptoms. They can make restful sleep nearly impossible.

✨ Top Tips:

• Use breathable bedding (cotton or bamboo).
• Try a cooling pillow or fan near your bed.
• Avoid alcohol or spicy foods before bed if they’re triggers.

🍝 Pumpkin & Sage Pasta

Creamy, cosy, and nourishing — without the guilt 🍝

✨ Hormone-friendly comfort food.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove
• ½ tsp sage
• 1 cup cooked pasta
• 1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)

How to make:
Heat oil, add garlic + sage, stir in pumpkin puree, and toss with cooked pasta.

Comfort in a bowl 🥣 Perfect for hormone health, energy, and warmth on chilly days.

✨ Fibre + hormone support in every spoonful.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cups pumpkin, cubed
• 1 cup red lentils
• 3 cups veggie stock
• ½ tsp turmeric

How to make:

Sauté onion, add pumpkin, lentils, and stock. Simmer until soft, then blend.
