✨ Even as a Slimming World Consultant, I still have my own personal journey when it comes to weight loss. I’ve reached my dream weight, I’ve been at Target, and I’ve also stepped outside of it – and right now, I’m just slightly out of Target.

Today I did something I’ve been putting off for a while… I went along to group, not as a consultant, but as a member. I sat, tuned out, listened, reflected and I left feeling motivated and ready for the week ahead.

For the first time in a while, I feel back in control. I feel like me and Food Optimising are working together again. 💪

And that reminded me of something really important: group is powerful. 💡

That hour (or hour and a half) you give yourself each week to stop, think, reflect, gather your thoughts, and make a plan… it really does set you up for success for the next 7 days.

So this is just a message from one Slimming World member to another...

👉 If you’ve not been to group for a while, if you’re thinking about joining, or if you’ve been trying at home but not seeing the results you’d like – please know that group is here.

We’re bringing you all the fakeaway flavour 🤩 – here are three ways to top your Slimming World wraps for the perfect slice 🍕:

🌶️ Hot honey – top your wrap with tomato puree, smoky bacon medallions, red onion, red pepper, Jalapeño slices, reduced fat mozzarella and a drizzle of hot honey 🔥🍯.

🍗 BBQ chicken – top your wrap with our homemade BBQ sauce (find the link in the comments 🤗), shredded chicken breast, red onion, sweetcorn and reduced fat mozzarella 🧀.

🧅 Veggie supreme – top your wrap with tomato puree, reduced fat mozzarella and any veggies you fancy 😍. We’ve gone for mushroom, red pepper, red onion, sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes and black olives 🫒.
