Swedish body massage is a traditional deep tissue massage, which is both rejuvenating and relaxing, and helps relieve muscle tension. Reflexology 1hr -£30
Reflexology is a foot massage, which involves applying pressure to specific parts of the feet, relating to certain organs in the body. Reflexology helps to maintain balance and wellbeing, and can help to eliminate toxins from the body. It helps boost your metabolism, increases energy levels, and can help with headaches, stress and anxiety. Hopi Ear Candles 45mins -£25
Hopi ear candles involves placing a hollow candle gently into your ear. The candle is then lit, and burns, creating a vacuum, by warming the ear inside and drawing out the wax and any impurities in the process. This hopi ear candle treatment is then finished with a chest, shoulder, neck and facial massage to help with lymphatic drainage. This can help relieve congested sinuses, tinnitus and any irritation of the ears. Holistic Facial 60mins -£28
The Holistic Facial is a beautiful treatment using only natural Buddha Balm products. During this treatment you will receive a Double Cleanse, Steam, Tone, Exfoliation, a Clay Mask and Moisturise. When you’re not grounded things can feel overwhelming, you may struggle to get things done, feel uneasy, restless, and even disconnected from yourself and your surroundings. Everyone can feel like this at times, I have done myself many a time, and these are the tools I use to keep myself grounded:-

• Focus on my breath
• Do some gentle stretches
• Spend some time outdoors in nature, barefoot if I can
• Spend time with family and friends
• Do some journaling, writing down how I’m feeling and what might have triggered these feelings
• I enjoy meditating as I find it brings me peace and clarity when I’m feeling overwhelmed
