Cancellation Policy - We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note you are agreeing to our terms and conditions when you place your booking. These state that payment in full for your booking for a session or package is due in full if 24 hours notice is not given and will not be transferred to an alternative date or time. Any cancellations made with 24 hours advanced notice can be rescheduled, but only once and within 7 days of your original missed appointment.
