Ok then! Week 2 and already fallen soooo many times!

Update:
Day one fell 5 times
Day two fell 3 times
Today just once an I even went backwards

Update 2
The adductor muscle I tore last year during my sponsored cycle is causing issues, I can not turn in my right leg and struggle to bend my knees and bring them together so stopping is becoming an issue so fast tracking my hockey stops is essential as I can only do a single leg plow and no strength to do a T stop effectively 🫤

2025 has had its challenges but we came through it. Had some amazing people through our doors and round about the clinic. From what seems a life time we have been prepping a man challenging himself not only doing the marathon de sable, canyon to canyon and now mount Vinson (he is there now) to professional footballers from DAFC and Dundee United to pro hockey players which included 2 ex NHL legends and to of course our family of patients from all over Fife. Myself Gwyn, Linda, Roz, Claragh and Erin wish you all a Happy new year and a prosperous 2026.
My resolution is so act casual and not star struck if we welcome NHL legend Milan Lucic into the clinic though I am not guaranteeing it. Though I was very constrained when David Booth visited.

Well I did have to sweeten them up for the games against England 🙄 and they did us all proud!

We would like to thank foot monkey podiatry for the selection boxes gifted to our young member, Matthew McGroarty. They were very well received by our U14s.
