I discovered Pilates through my own injury recovery journey, using movement to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with my body. That experience shaped the way I teach today — creating classes that feel supportive, empowering, and accessible to everybody.

Mat Pilates & Reformer (also certified in Barre)
What’s my teaching style?
Uplifting, energising, and supportive — blending classical Pilates foundations with a dynamic, contemporary feel. Expect classes that challenge you in all the right ways while leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and empowered. I also love teaching Stretch & Restore classes to help you slow down, unwind, lengthen, and reset. ✨

What do I get up to outside the studio?
Cold plunges, saunas, and anything that helps me reset and recharge 🫶🏻
