We celebrate all sorts of days here at Gowrie and one often forgotten on the calendar is International Cheese & Wine Day 😂

This afternoon our activities coordinator Paige took a trolley filled with everything you need to go along with a glass of wine! Safe to say it was what we all needed this Friday afternoon ❤️

Pampers aren’t just for the ladies you know!

Today we treated some of our gents to a well deserved pamper and styling sessions - slick combovers , hot towel shaves , and trying out some Tropic Skincare products donated to us by our administrator Sharon! You have to admit we have some handsome men here at Gowrie!

🎉 Gowrie House’s Annual Summer Fete ‘G In The Park’ Was Pure Brilliant!🎉

We had a braw day filled with laughter, dancing, and sunshine — all while raising a whopping £756 for the home! A massive thank you to everyone who came oot, dug deep in their pockets ( I know some of us played quite hard on our famous tombola!)

We’re absolutely buzzing for the next one already

This afternoon we held Darts & Dominoes club! A great opportunity for us all to get together and have a laugh with a bit of friendly competition too!!

🏖️ Heading to the Beach is a wheely good time! 🏖️

Today we took a day trip up to sunny St Andrews to have a shot on the Beach Wheelchairs and they were a great hit for both ladies! It’s been many years since both ladies had a trip to the beach and it was great to get out for paddle into the North Sea! Safe to say we’re all going to have cracking tans 🌞

And what’s a trip to the beach without a
wee ice cream? 🍦
