What a morning! โ˜€๏ธ As part of Cycling Without Ageโ€™s week-long celebration, Betty and Jim enjoyed a rare and unforgettable cycle across the iconic Forth Road Bridge! ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ โœจ

There were plenty of smiles ๐Ÿ˜Š, lots of laughter ๐Ÿ˜‚, and, of course, some cheeky gossip ๐Ÿคญ as we took in the breathtaking views of Scotlandโ€™s famous bridges ๐ŸŒ‰๐ŸŒ‰๐ŸŒ‰.

Recently, weโ€™ve been getting creative in Arts & Crafts by working hard on our beautiful sea glass art pieces ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ, as well as making spring-inspired posters ๐ŸŒธโ˜€๏ธ to brighten up the home with lots of colour and cheer!

Pool continues to be as popular as ever ๐ŸŽฑ๐Ÿ‘, bringing out everyoneโ€™s competitive side and plenty of laughter along the way ๐Ÿ˜„

Our Active Games sessions also keep us busy, moving, and having fun together ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ’ช

To kick off our Victory in Europe Day events, we held a special โ€œRemembering VE Dayโ€ session ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡งโœจ

Together, we reminisced about the end of WWII, with some of the ladies sharing touching stories about their fathersโ€™ service in the war and in the Home Guard ๐Ÿ’ฌโค๏ธ

Amy also brought along some incredible pieces of her family history, including her great-grandfatherโ€™s certificates of service and medals ๐ŸŽ–๏ธ, as well as her great-grandmotherโ€™s WREN book ๐Ÿ“–

It was a truly interesting and heartwarming morning, filled with reflection, connection, and togetherness ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™
