📌Some gentle housekeeping reminders📌
• Class Passes: Our 5 & 10 class passes must be used within 90 days of the first class booked. If you have unused classes left after 90 days, they cannot be extended. If we plan on closing the studio (e.g. over Christmas), there will always be at least one month notice given to allow you to use any class passes/consider your purchase.
• Class Start Times: Studio doors will open 10 minutes before the class start time and all classes will start promptly on time where the door will be locked for the safety of everyone’s belongings in the entrance area. Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before start time to allow you to come in to studio and set up your space.
• Class Cancellation Policy: All classes must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. The booking system will not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice and you forfeit any pass used or payment made.
• Physiotherapy Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice required for cancelling or rescheduling appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in full fee being due.
• Insurance Invoices & GP Letters: We work directly with AXA, Aviva & Vitality and will invoice these companies directly. If you require an invoice for a different company or a GP letter/referral, there will be a £5 charge added to your appointment, payable at the time of your appointment.
We hope you understand that as a small business who relies on the income, these policies are required.
We feel that we deliver great value for money in both Physiotherapy & Physio-Led classes and we hope you agree.
