I get asked this alot...

How Often Should You Have A Massage?

💢For relaxation
As often as you like and can afford!
Weekly, monthly or longer. Prevention is better than cure, so for maximum benefits, booking a regular slot is recommended.

💢For pain relief
Leave at least 3 days between massages to allow muscles to recover. Weekly or fortnightly sessions are best until the pain subsides.

💢For relief of knots
Weekly is advised for at least four weeks to fully work out the knots and thereafter monthly sessions to prevent them from recurring.
