Our Beauty offer complements our movement & self care 💙 Health and wellbeing all under one roof. We have Beauty therapists and skin care specialists, a Naturalaser clinic, Physiotherapist, holistic (Emmett/Bowen) therapist and more. Join us for our Open Day on 25th April — we’d love to see you there!

There will be nine taster classes to try, plus mini beauty treatments available throughout the day.

Tickets are just £5, giving you full access to attend as many classes as you like.

Tickets go live this Sunday! Once you’ve secured yours, you’ll be able to book your classes via GymCatch.

Another solid session from the strength crew.
Progress is building week by week.

Why lift weights:
• Builds strength that carries over into daily life
• Supports fat loss and overall fitness
• Helps protect joints and reduce injury risk
• Improves posture and movement

Why form matters:
• Targets the right muscles (so you get results)
• Reduces injury risk
• Helps you build strength properly
• Creates a solid base to progress

We focus on getting the basics right every session — small corrections, better movement, and steady progress.

If you want to lift but don’t like commercial gyms, or you’re not sure where to start, come and try one of our classes.

Here are our weekly strength class times:

• Monday – Upper Body 5:40pm

• Tuesday – Full Body 5:30pm

• Wednesday – Lower Body 6:15pm

• Thursday – Full Body 9:30am

Each month, we’ll choose one attendee from our strength sessions to win a FREE 30-minute 1:1 session.

It’s a chance to go over technique, build confidence, or explore more of what the strength studio has to offer.

All you need to do to be in with a chance is keep attending classes — Cheryl will pick one person each month 🎉

If you follow her, you’ll already know how passionate she is about strength training—and how much she loves helping others discover it too.

From making everyday tasks easier to boosting performance in hobbies like running and hiking, strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have as we age: stronger, more confident, and ready for anything 🙌

Our Rhona is the dancing queen at the studio, and we know how much you all love FitSteps—so we wanted to bring you another dance-based option!

Zumba is coming to the timetable on Thursdays at 10:30am, starting on 2nd April.

We had great feedback from the taster session at our last event, so we’re excited to add this to the schedule.

If you’re new and haven’t met Rhona before, trust us—she’ll make you feel very welcome, and you’ll have plenty of fun!

No dance experience needed—just a fun way to get fit and boost your mood!

Studio News & Updates 💙

Prize Draw – Cheryl and Rhona will be announcing the winner of the prize from our Let’s Dance event.

Zumba – We got great feedback from Rhona’s Zumba taster. This class will be on the timetable from April.

Easter Timetable – We will have a limited timetable during the school holidays due to instructor holidays, but from the 20th, our new timetable will kick off.

Noticeboard – We will be updating the board regularly with everything coming up, so please check it each week to keep up to date!

Our aim is to provide a venue that offers the very best in fitness, health services and beauty treatments in Fife.

Our established Beauty Salon welcomes all clients, offering amazing skincare treatments and products. We use and stock Environ, an incredible anti ageing range for the skin. And we only work with the best quality brands - Bio Sculpture, Shellac, HD Brows - to name a few!

The Fitness Studios provide space for Reformer Pilates classes - we offer the only Group Reformer Pilates Classes in Fife - Mat Pilates, various styles of Yoga, including Hot Yoga, and the ever popular Les Mill classes and other mixed fitness classes. We also offer Group Personal Training and 1:1 support. We have a number of services that support our holistic approach, including Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Sports Massage.
