Our Beauty offer complements our movement & self care 💙 Health and wellbeing all under one roof. We have Beauty therapists and skin care specialists, a Naturalaser clinic, Physiotherapist, holistic (Emmett/Bowen) therapist and more. We also offer personal training, Yoga, Pilates, Licensed Les Mills and other fitness classes.

Love to dance? FitSteps classes are a fun way to keep fit while learning some fantastic dance routines! 💃

We run 4 FitSteps classes every week, and our instructor, Rhona, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.

Rhona also adds new members to her FitSteps group, where she shares helpful tutorials so you can practise some of the trickier steps at home and build your confidence between classes!

We’ve been a little quieter on socials lately… but very busy behind the scenes in the studio 👀💪

Our strength studio has been getting plenty of use with PT sessions, and it’s been great seeing so many people enjoying our classes 🙌

We’ll be showing up a lot more on socials again soon, and we’ve got some exciting things lined up that we can’t wait to share with you 👏

Happy 80th Birthday, Cathy! 🎉

A big celebration today for one of our lovely regulars at Mind and Body Studio.

Pilates a few times per week at 80 is seriously impressive, and Cathy is always a pleasure to have in class. She never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face when she walks through the door 🩷

Cathy is proof that staying active keeps you feeling young — a true inspiration to us all.

Another solid session from the strength crew.
Progress is building week by week.

Why lift weights:
• Builds strength that carries over into daily life
• Supports fat loss and overall fitness
• Helps protect joints and reduce injury risk
• Improves posture and movement

Why form matters:
• Targets the right muscles (so you get results)
• Reduces injury risk
• Helps you build strength properly
• Creates a solid base to progress

We focus on getting the basics right every session — small corrections, better movement, and steady progress.

If you want to lift but don’t like commercial gyms, or you’re not sure where to start, come and try one of our classes.

Here are our weekly strength class times:

• Monday – Upper Body 5:40pm

• Tuesday – Full Body 5:30pm

• Wednesday – Lower Body 6:15pm

• Thursday – Full Body 9:30am

Each month, we’ll choose one attendee from our strength sessions to win a FREE 30-minute 1:1 session.

It’s a chance to go over technique, build confidence, or explore more of what the strength studio has to offer.

All you need to do to be in with a chance is keep attending classes — Cheryl will pick one person each month 🎉
