Beauty at Mind + Body Studio💙

After a super busy (and very long) spell, our beauty team finally have some availability from Friday onwards. We are still very busy, but we have finally cleared our waitlists and have a better range of appointments available. We now also have an extra therapist to help with the demand! Rachael has been with us for almost a month now and we have all loved having her here. 🥰

This coming week we have a reduced timetable due to instructor Summer holidays. Most of our day time classes are still on, but our evening classes are very limited. 🌴

Our next Beginner Blocks are up and ready for booking! If you’re a complete beginner, we recommend our Thursday class over the Tuesday. This is because our Tuesday July clients loved their classes so much that they’re already booking for August! While beginners are still welcome on Tuesdays, our Thursdays will offer a more tailored experience for those just starting out. Reformer Pilates "Beginners Block" 🤩

We are so excited to have Veronika joining us as our brand new Pilates teacher from next week! Veronika will be taking over the current Tuesday 18:15 and Thursday 17:50 Reformer Pilates classes and her BRAND NEW classes start in July and August. She will also be covering the Thursday 7pm Mat class throughout the month. 🙏

Veronika's first Beginner Block will run 17:15-18:10 from Tuesday 1st of July. We have a package available for the first block, membership places will also be available at £42 per month. She will then run another block alongside our Tuesday, every Thursday at 18:50-19:45 from August 7th. 🙌
