Releasing our reformer timetable for April. These are the classes we currently have scheduled on our timetable and will be open for booking two weeks in advance of the class. We may add other classes throughout the month depending on demand. Our pricing is also finalised and we will have a 5 class pass available from the start of April which can be used on reformer bookings only. See you all in class 🔥

Reformer Pilates….booking is now available for our reformer taster sessions in March 🤗

We will be running two Saturday morning classes for the last three weeks in March at 1015 and 1115am. We are offering these at a slightly discounted price to allow you to try reformer. We are sure you will love it as much as we do. We only have four reformers so make sure you book in advance if you would like to attend these sessions. As always our bookings open two weeks prior to the date of your class .

Grip socks are required to attend these sessions. Due to hygiene reasons reformer cannot be done in bare feet. We will have a small selection of grip socks to purchase at the studio if required.

We can’t wait to start these classes and share our love of reformer with you ❤️ We will announce our timetable and pricing towards the end of March

Sundays at Pettycur….amazing morning with you all today for our warrior spirit class. A cold one on the beach and in the water. Thankfully the rain stayed away for our event. It will continue to get warmer in the water now if you would like to give cold dipping a try. Thank you to everyone who continues to support this event. Our next one will be on Sunday 29th March.

So the wait is over….Reformer Pilates is coming to The Movement Clinic ❤️

We are so excited to bring this to our space and our community. We both love Reformer Pilates at the clinic and can’t wait to share this with you. We have been working over the last few months to source the best reformers for our space and are waiting on delivery of our Fold reformers this week.

As always our classes will be small and physio-led to ensure a safe, high quality tailored teaching experience. Classes will start mid March and will be announced soon. We hope you love reformer pilates as much as we do 🔥❤️

Maternity Leave 🥹🤰🏻

A bit of a ramble, but in summary, thank you for your ongoing support of the clinic and the classes.

I’m feeling mixed emotions about going off, I’ll miss coming to class to teach and catch up with you all!

I hope you continue your Pilates practice and enjoy the cover from Aimee & Nic! I’ll be sure to keep you updated of baby boy’s arrival!

Probably should’ve put the air con off before I recorded… excuse the background noise 😅

✨Timetable Update✨

Week beginning 23rd February, there are some small changes to the timetable with regard to timings. All regular attendees should already be aware as discussed in class 😄

Introducing ✨Nic✨ at The Movement Clinic

Nic will be covering Nicola’s Thursday All Levels Class whilst she is off on maternity leave. An easy name to remember! Here’s a little bit about her 🥰

Nic is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and Hatha Yoga teacher with many years of teaching experience. She teaches supportive, well-structured mat classes focused on core strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness, with layered options so participants can work at the level that suits them best. Her style is calm, clear, and encouraging, and she’s really looking forward to meeting the Thursday group and working with you over the coming months.

Please come along and support Nic at the studio and give her a warm welcome! Her first class will be Thursday 26th February, 6:00-6:45pm (note slight time change).

Are you joining us for our menopause retreat this Saturday? A day of self-care allowing you to connect with yourself and others. Time for you. The day will include:

🌻A women’s circle creating a safe and supportive space for you to share your experiences of menopause or just to be present and listen
🌻A Pilates class focusing on bone and muscle strength
🌻A yoga class to help with anxiety, insomnia, fatigue and brain fog
🌻Breathwork to cool the body and release irritability
🌻Yoga nidra practice for deep rest

We will also have a short break in the middle of the retreat for refreshments.

We hope you can join us for this restorative, empowering event on Saturday 7th March.

We will close after Saturday morning yoga on the 20th December and reopen on Monday 5th January.

There will be no classes or physiotherapy appointments during this time.

Please take this in to consideration when buying your class passes or scheduling appointments.
