Great start to our Sunday this morning at Pettycur…the sun was out for our practice and the water was lovely. A water element yoga practice followed by our cold water dip. Thanks to everyone who comes along and makes this such a fun event. Next event at Pettycur is Sunday 14th September. Hope to see you there 🥶❤️🌞

Hi everyone! I’m Téa and I’m a Sports Therapist, you’ll find me .sportstherapy I’m super excited to say I’ll be offering massage treatments in the amazing space on a Thursday morning.

A little bit about me, I have been a sports person all my life and I’m a lover of the outdoors. As a result I understand the importance of keeping injury and pain free to continue being able to do what you love! I work with a wide range of clients from desk workers to athletes and whether you’re overcoming an injury, reaching new goals or just simply love a massage I am passionate about helping my clients to move with ease, allowing for a better quality of life!

We had an amazing time at our summer solstice event on Sunday. The sun came out for a bit, shame about the rain at the end. Everyone was so brave in the water as always. Here are all your pictures. We hope you had a great start to your Sunday.
We are taking a short break in July so will be back with our next beach yoga event in August. Available to book this week.
