Our Story

Based in the beautiful conservation area of Kirk Wynd, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitoner, Reiki Master Teacher, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, Shamanic Practitioner, SourceSTAR Healer and much more.

I have been a Therapist since 2002 (Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor and then qualified as a Hypnotherapist in 2010) and since then, have worked with thousands of people to help them regain control in their lives over their behaviours and thoughts, easing painful memories and trauma and symptoms of anxiety and depression etc.
