Today is Imbolc which in the Celtic Seasonal Calendar marks the beginning of spring. I have been working with my crystals and candles today to welcome the return of the light and focus on my goals and aspirations. As Winter starts to fade so does old ways of thinking and negativity. “There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophies.” ~Friedrich Nietzche. I love this time of year when we have clear skies, the stars are shining and the moon is big and bright. Early Monday morning the moon will be at her fullest and as always the the energies at this time are high. This type of moon is known as the frost, snow or beaver moon. Legends suggest that this moon was named by the native Americans as this was a time to set beaver traps before the frost and snow comes. This was to make sure there was a supply of warm furs for the tribes. (The Old Farmers Almanac). This moon sheds light on what we no longer need! This is a good time to have a clear out both physically and mentally. It is a time to stop and think about what no longer serves you and what is holding you back. For me personally even although I am back to work lockdown has made me slow down, given me time to reflect & put a lot of things I have been fretting over into perspective. It is only when we slow down that we can really tune in and listen to our bodies and minds. Take time tonight to reflect on your life and release dated negative thinking, allow yourself to appreciate and be happy with who you are, be grateful for everything you have in your life and celebrate your uniqueness! Tap into the energies of this full moon to bring opportunities your way in order for you to reach your full potential which you set up long before you were born. Have a lovely evening all. Llana

EXCITING NEWS... MEET SUSAN :-)
Hi everyone, well after a long time of searching I have finally found the perfect therapist to come and offer therapies within my studio. Say Hello to Susan :-) Susan is qualified in Swedish Massage, Clinical Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Oncology Massage. She is passionate about helping people and has a part-time position within the NHS providing Oncology Massage to patients going through difficult health journeys. I am so happy to welcome her to my studio. Susan hours of work in my studio will be:
Wednesday from 5pm - 9pm
Every second Saturday therapies start at 11.30am
Susan starts work in the studio on the 30th October and is already fully booked on her first night but has availability after that. If you would like to make an appointment with Susan, please send me a message. Have a lovely evening all. Llana x

2020 DIARY NOW OPEN & NEW THINGS TO COME!!
Hi everyone, good news.. my 2020 diary is now open Woo Hoo!! Many of you have been asking me to book in your appointments for next year. I am working my way through this and will message you with your dates, thank you so much for booking with me again :-) There are going to be new therapies coming soon as well as more yoga. I am too busy with the therapies to put on another yoga class but I am going to be offering more one to one services and yoga/therapy workshops in the near future. My yoga classes run on a Monday 10am, 11.45am and 7pm and a Saturday at 9am this will continue next year. The new website is coming along well. We will be going live soon!! There will be an on-line shop for you to purchase all your crystals and holistic goodies. I am currently working on a new package therapy at present which I will advertise soon. The end of October sees me completing my Yoga Vinyasa course & November I am doing my Reiki Masters eek!! Don't forget to pop the Christmas Shopping day in your diary which is on Sunday 24th November and...... I may also have big news to share with you all soon... all going well.... Watch this space.
