Well it looks like summer has finally arrived with a constant flow of sunny days. If you are taking advantage of the weather by getting fit and active, and you're a bit rusty like me, then I have plenty appointments available this week and next for remedial massage - takes the edge of any tension aches and pains.

Did you know that clinical research has proven the benefits of using lavender to ease anxiety and insomnia.

I use a lot of lavender oils and make sure I'm always topped up. I can also vouch for the research - it's safe to say that I also always sleep soundly after doing an aromatherapy massage during the day.
