It is not "owned" by anyone other than it's members who all take some responsibility for the day to day smooth running of the gym. The gym has a constitution and committee who discuss and action all relevant issues concerning the gym. Members of the committee are obliged to make desicions concerning the long term benefit and mutual health of it's finances, security and member well-being. A small cardiovascular area equipped with treadmills, eliptical trainer and bikes. Periodically, the gym will sponsor competing members and promote social responsibility through local charitable action and financial donations.
