Happy Monday Everyone. I’d like to start today’s post with a huge thank you to all my yoga customers and 1:1 clients.

In 2018 I left my 9-5 and embarked on a journey to build my own business. 1:1 coaching tweens/teens/young adults has been one of my greatest joys. I very rarely advertise as almost all of my clients have come through a recommendation from a previous client…and often these clients return themselves.

Over these last few weeks I have been blown away by the commitment of my clients for change…their openness for something different…an accountability I’ve not seen before. The transformation in these remarkable people are so well deserved.

They want to learn, they want to understand, and they are NOT willing to accept the conditioning that has been put upon them from society. And I feel extremely grateful to be part of that journey.

Having helped 50 + people is an honour…so thank you! Each time I help someone I equally learn from them which I believe has had a ripple effect for other people.
