Hot Yoga originated in 1970’s and as with everything it has evolved, changed, developed and become unique to each yoga teacher out there!!

I was lucky enough to complete my 200hours YTT Hot Yoga Edinburgh where teaching in the heat was part of our program.

I’ve been teaching Hot Yoga at Grace Wellness Studio for a few weeks, with my regular clients coming along.

I have 4 infrared heater, 3 glass heaters and 2 fans to circulate the heat, allowing customers to find a spot in the room that works for them!!

Hot Yoga is run every Wednesday 7-8pm and hoping with popularity I can add another evening class!! People who come along to my classes experience community, support and absolutely no judgment.

People leave visibly happier…are able to enjoy a deeper stretch in each pose, enhance mental strength and physical endurance!!
