Sculpt has been part of Grace Wellness from the very beginning.
It was developed during my original 30-day online classes when I was first building the brand ā and it quickly became a favourite.
Over time, the class has evolved alongside every training Iāve done:
yoga,
Pilates,
hot training,
strength work,
mobility and weight training.
And honestly⦠itās still one of the most fun classes on the timetable.
Sculpt blends yoga and Pilates with the resistance of weights to build strength, control and endurance in a way that feels energising, supportive and real.
