Acupuncture and Herbal Remedies for Hormonal Disorders and Boost Fertility

Acupuncture has been clinically proved to be effective to boost the success rate of IVF (the success rate was enhanced from 30% to over 50%, amazing difference). It can also regulate the menstrual cycles by boosting the o***y functions and blood flow in the pelvic area. As a result many disorders including PCOS and Endometriosis can get much better and some can be cured when the inflammation in pelvic area is cleared.

Herbal remedies also help so much in this natural healing process. One of the unique benefits of Chinese herbal remedies is it assesses the individual’s system to find out what makes this lady unbalanced and based on the results a precise prescription would be made. It can boost the natural hormones so there would be almost no side effects.

To treat menopause, that’s a similar process: we check the lady’s tongue and pulses, we ask a lot questions, some are easy to understand such as when the lady would feel the hot flushes or if the lady has sweats all day or only during the night; some may be a bit difficult to understand such as the details of the digestive system and the menstrual cycle. The purpose again is to have a holistic understanding of the lady’s system and find out the personal cause for her hot flushes, excessive sweats, mood swings, etc.

The treatments have been very successful and our clients feel the general well-being also improved greatly.

Ingredients: brown rice 100g, sliced ginger 20g, smashed dates 10g.

Put all the ingredients into 1 liter water and boil for 20-30 minutes.

Effects: Among all the grains, rice is specifically nourishing for the lung system. The bran layer and cereal germ of the brown rice make it even more beneficial than white rice. However those parts can be more difficult to be digested so we use ginger and dates to strengthen our stomach Qi to help digestion.

Exercise Part Four: Relaxation

This part deeply relaxes and energizes the whole body through gently knocking on all the 12 meridians plus the belt meridian which runs around the waist. It encourages the energy and blood flow for the whole body and produces the best natural shield from the illness causing elements.

The 12 meridians include: three Yang meridians running along the outside of our arms: bowel meridian, triple burner meridian and small intestines meridian; three Yin meridians running along the inside of the arms: lung meridian, pericardium meridian and heart meridian. three Yang meridians along the legs: bladder meridian, gall bladder meridian, stomach meridian; three Yin meridians along the legs: spleen meridian, liver meridian and kidney meridian.

Exercise Part Three: Lung Massage

This exercise is another movement in Ba Duan Jin. Through harmoniously contracting and expanding the neck, chest and upper back muscles, with the breathing, our lungs are gently massaged with this exercise. This can improve our breathing system, immunity and energy.

Exercise Part Two: Triple Burner’s Regulation Exercise

Triple burner is a unique organ in Chinese medicine. Its function is to regulate Qi to flow freely through the three levels of the body: upper level including the heart and lungs; middle level including the digestive system; lower level including the excretory organs.

This exercise is a part of Ba Duan Jin. It’s to activate the triple burner system so that Qi flows freely around the whole body and keep all the organs and systems active and healthy. As a result the body can fight and repair efficiently.
