🔹Composite🔹

These photos were taken less than two hours apart. This lady disliked the overlap of her front teeth and worn incisal edges, but wasn’t keen to have orthodontics. I used layered composite restorations to disguise the tooth position and restore tooth wear, and we were both thrilled with the results.

This gentleman attended with a crown that had fractured at gum level, and a number of other failing restorations that he was looking to have addressed. We carefully planned a combination of direct and indirect restorations, and finished today with cementation of his bridgework. What a transformation!

🔹Diastema closure🔹

It’s been a week of closing spaces, and this has to be one of my favourite cases. The length/width proportion of the upper anterior teeth was improved with layered composite restorations, no drilling or injections necessary. Minimally invasive techniques on only 4 teeth, with maximum results.

🔹Diastema Closure🔹

This lady didn’t like the spacing between her upper anterior teeth. After a short course of tooth whitening, I used composite to close her gaps and blended the material seamlessly with her own enamel to avoid the need for full veneer coverage.

🔹Bleach and Bond🔹

After caries stabilisation, we performed tooth whitening and layered composite restorations to transform this smile. The post op image was taken just after rubber dam removal, so further tooth hydration and gum healing is to be expected over the next few days. What an outcome!!!

🔹Enamel hypoplasia🔹

This lady had hypoplastic enamel on her upper right central incisor that another dentist had tried to cover. She disliked the obvious colour difference, and was keen to improve her incisal level. We used a combination of tooth whitening, resin infiltration, air abrasion and composite to correct her concerns and the results are seamless!

This is one of my favourite transformations to date. The gentleman attended unhappy with his failing anterior restorations, and I had the privilege of working with him to correct them. We whitened his teeth, replaced failing composites and finished today with a ceramic crown courtesy of the talented .

🔹Align, Bleach, Composite🔹

This lady already had a beautiful smile, but wanted to manage some slight anterior crowding and level her incisal edges. We used aligners to straighten while simultaneously whitening her teeth, and recently finished her case with 6 subtle composite edge bondings. I have smile envy!

🔹Multidisciplinary care🔹

This gentleman has just completed a course of fixed orthodontics with his talented orthodontist Dr Nick Baker. He was referred to me to manage his black triangles and worn incisal edges, before he attends his oral surgeon for implant replacement of UL3.
After completing a course of tooth whitening, we used composite to reduce spaces for optimal aesthetics while still allowing passing of interdental brushes, and for levelling of incisal edges.

🔹Diastema closure🔹

This lovely patient disliked the spacing between his front teeth. Smile analysis confirmed that the upper incisors could be widening restoratively, without looking too square.
After a discussion of all treatment options, we opted for a short course of tooth whitening followed by layered composite restorations to close the anterior diastemas. Minimally invasive, with maximum results.
